EVT DIN rail with 35mm width and 7.5mm height is widely used for mounting circuit breakers, terminal blocks, relays and industrial control equipment on walls and other flat surfaces and in enclosures. This riel DIN is designed according to IEC 60715, EN 50022, BS 5584 and DIN 46277-3.
The rail is known as the TS35 rail in USA. Because the rail is type omega with hat-shaped cross section, it is also known as top hat rail.
Top hat rail is typically made from cold rolled carbon steel with a chromated finish. The regular thickness is 1mm. The length is popular in 1 meter and in 2 meters.
