EVT 4" square extension box is for use to extend the depth of an existing 4" square steel box when additional wiring is needed.
Square box extension is a UL listed product. This steel electrical box extension is manufactured according to Standard for Safety for Metallic Outlet Boxes UL 514A and CSA C22.2 NO.18.1-13.
The electrical extension box is made from galvanized steel that provides a good protection on the electrical wiring.
This 4" square extension ring is available in 1-1/2" deep with 21cu.in and 2-1/8" deep with 30.3cu.in
