EVT rigid insulated grounding bushing with lay-in lug is designed to insulate and ground wires in threaded IMC conduit or Rigid Metal Conduit and terminate those steel conduits to a box or enclosure. It's commonly used with a locknut during installation.
The aluminum grounding lugs may be used with either aluminum or copper grounding conductors. The insulated throat provides a smooth pulling surface for protection of wires or cables from being damaged by sharp edges. The heat-tolerant insulating plastic liner material is rated at 150 degree Celsius to withstand high-temperature environments. It won't chip, crack or shrink.
Insulated throat grounding bushing in malleable iron construction ensures an excellent mechanical protection for the raceway. This ground bushing is zinc electro plated so that it is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
This conduit bushing is available in sizes from 1/2" up to 4".
