Product Details

EVT octagon knockout cover is used to close a 4" octagon outlet box while allowing the installation of a 1/2" steel conduit. The octagon box cover plate provides an easy way to cover or terminate exposed electrical wires.

Octagon electrical box cover is UL listed with UL file number E483162. This octagon outlet box cover is manufactured according to Standard for Safety for Metallic Outlet Boxes UL 514A and CSA C22.2 NO.18.1-13.

Octagon cover with knockout is made from galvanized steel.

The octagon flat cover has no openings. The keyhole design allows for installation of cover without removing the box screws.
