EVT steel EMT compression coupling is used to connect EMT tubing sections together to achieve the desired length. EMT coupling in zinc die cast is also available.
There are two advantages for using EMT compressiong couplings.
a> Easy to install - no need to disassemble compression nuts before installation.
b> More stable - a compression end offers a more reliable hold on EMT conduit than a set-screw end
Compression type EMT coupling sizes 2-1/2" to 4" can be used for Rigid and IMC Conduits
