EVT rigid conduit locknut is ideal for securing a threaded conduit or various threaded conduit fittings to a unthreaded conduit knockout opening in a steel outlet box, cabinet or any other metal enclosure. The conduit locknut is compatible with NPT and NPSM threads. The rigid conduit lock nut (also known as IMC locknut) is UL listed with UL file number E472251. These conduit fittings are manufactured from Standard for Conduit, Tubing, and Cable Fittings according to UL 514B and CSA C22.2 NO.18.3-12.
This conduit lock nut is constructed of steel and is zinc-plated finish for a mechanical protection and rust resistance. The conduit locknut is designed for applications indoors and outdoors.
The rigid conduit locknut, also known as IMC conduit locknut, is available in trade sizes 1/2" through 4". They are widely used together with conduit bushings. We suggest you order the same quantity for both conduit locknuts and bushings if possible.
