With the rapid development of power cable buried laying projects, higher requirements are put forward for cable bushings. Cable bushings are suitable for telecommunications, power engineering, transportation, urban construction and other fields.
There are generally two types of casing:
(1) Steel protection tube. Steel protection tubes are divided into thin-walled tubes and thick-walled tubes, as well as galvanized and non-galvanized. (2) Plastic pipe. Plastic pipes are generally made of polyvinyl chloride plastic or U-PVC. There are ordinary and flame-retardant types. The price is cheaper than metal pipes. The construction is convenient and will not rust.
Most of the wire threading sheaths are made of plastic tubes. The fiberglass cable duct is made of high-strength glass fiber as the reinforcing material and unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix material, which is wound by a computer controlled mechanically.
Performance characteristics:
(1) High strength and high rigidity. It is used for direct burying under the carriageway without adding a concrete protective layer, which can speed up the progress of cable engineering construction.
(2) The pipe is flexible and can withstand the damage caused by external heavy pressure and foundation settlement.
(3) Corrosion resistance, long service life, and can be used in humid saline-alkali areas.
(4) Flame-retardant and heat-resistant, it can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 130 degrees without deformation, and will not burn in fire.
(6) The inner wall is smooth, and the cable is not easy to scratch. The design adopts the socket connection mode, which is convenient for installation and connection. The rubber sealing ring seal at the joint not only adapts to thermal expansion and contraction, but also prevents mud and sand from entering.
(7) It has good performance against external signal interference.
